20-05 Fix up the Crazy numbering

There are 3 sets of Playing Regulations

• Saturday competition (2 dayers, 1 dayers and finals),
• Sunday 50 Over competition
• Kookaburra Cup Super 20 competition.

These are available separately on the website. ( https://qsdca.com.au/05-playing-regulations/ )

In 2018/19 and 2019/20 an A5 booklet was made by simply placing all three documents in series then print and staple. (Check the page numbers if you don't believe me...)

Many regulations are identical or close to it. It can be confusing as to which rule to apply in certain situations.Finding the one you want/need at any moment is hard work.

While many individual regs are similar, there are some which are very different.

Sortng this out is more difficult than it at first seems (which explains why it hasn't happened before...)
